"In the past couple years, an MRI showed that I had disc degeneration and two herniated discs at L4 and L5 that were making my life miserable every single day. Lifting my legs to get in and out of the car was causing sharp shooting pain in my lower back. I had pain in my back every single day. The only question was “ How bad was it going to be that day?” Sleeping was getting more and more difficult. I was getting sciatica pains in my left leg mostly, and more recently in both legs more and more often. I have been under the DRX9000 spinal decompression program and after only 7 visits , I already feel 90% better! There are now days when I don’t have pain! The leg pain is virtually gone. At night, I am typically pain-free whereas before, nights were the worst part of the day. I have had back problems for over 15 years. After years of low back pain and occasional sciatica I finally had an MRI and other related tests in 2002. The conclusion was severe degenerative disc disease- especially in the L5-S1 levels. I’ve had back pain and right leg pain for more than 2 years. Recently I was diagnosed with a large herniation at the L4-L5 level. Almost a month ago I suffered an episode of severe and continuous pain that didn’t go away no matter what I did. When I walked in to this office I was in total despair, I wasn’t even sleeping much. I was suggested surgery by more than one doctor. I didn’t want it, this was my last hope. The DRX therapy reduced my pain significantly in 10 sessions and I could resume work. I was experiencing severe pain. My right leg was becoming difficult to lift. I had to get to my second floor apartment one step at a time. At night my pain kept me awake most of the night.
